Add egg whites, add salt free seasoning and pepper. Microwave a full temp for one minute and again for 30-45 seconds. Remove. With muffin in half.. lightly spread honey mustard on muffin. Place Ham slices on top and place on a paper towel in the microwave for approximately 20 seconds. Remove and assemble sandwich with adding cheese slice and pepper and onion. The people at the Weight Watcher meeting where she was attending were in awe of her weight loss success, as well as I was as a visitor to this group. Ruby and her near and dear friends and nephew Jim can also be seen on Style Network in a TRUE LIFE reality show called Ruby.You will see the ups and downs and the emotional challenges that Ruby faces in a day to day life. Her determination to help others through her efforts is as uppermost as losing her weight and controlling her personal "beast".
